Beautiful gardens, fabulous rooms, great bathrooms, excellent breakfast, helpful and professional staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were outstanding, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the beautiful garden and pool. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the city center, making the location convenient. The breakfast offered a delicious range of choices and the staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with transportation and tours.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed with friendly staff who immediately carried my luggage to my luxurious room. the exclusive amenities in my room such as a spa bath, comfortable bed and high-speed internet exceeded my expectations. the Spa center and swimming pool were refreshing and relaxing. the massage at the Spa center was excellent and left me feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue with this hotel is that the restaurant was not always able to accommodate some dietary restrictions. the menu lacked vegetarian and vegan options.

This hotel experience has been amazing! the staff is very welcoming and attentive. They help you with everything you need and the whole check-in process went smoothly. the garden and pool area are stunning and the room is bright and spacious with a perfectly equipped bathroom. the breakfast has a vast selection of delicious food, and the gym is impressive! If you celebrate special occasions, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel extra special.

The wine selection could be improved to suit the delicious food served in the hotel.

During my recent Christmas vacation stay, I appreciated the view provided by the room. The balcony overlooked the nearby river and mountains, which was a great sight to wake up to every morning. the breakfast selection was yummy and had a good variety of options. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient as it was easily accessible and close to nearby shops.

There were a few times where I had to call multiple times to get assistance. Another negative aspect was the lack of entertainment and activities offered at the hotel.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff was exceptional and always went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved the picturesque views of the mountains and river from our balcony, as well as the well-equipped gym and beautiful pool. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options.
